What's up, everybody? It's John Golot. Catherine O'Leary, welcome. We're gonna be talking about agents. I'm excited to be sharing what we've been working on over the past couple weeks. It's a different way of looking at some of the things that businesses should be doing for their businesses. I think what we have is gonna blow everybody's mind, and I think it's gonna be super exciting for you guys to see it. So let's talk about agents. How'd you get into AI? I was fascinated by making sure that we were being efficient with our time and using tools in a way that would be helpful. Writing copy is great. And fast forward to ChatGPT, and you get into some brainstorming and some really cool things with customized GPTs. But where the excitement really is for me is with the agents. And now we're getting into real business health, like actual systems and operations and access to information in a way that is going to really change the game for a lot of businesses. Hundred percent agree. When I think of the evolution of what happened with AI, brainstorming, chatting, to actually doing the thing now so what's sexy about agents? I spent twenty five years in corporate doing market research and consumer insights, asking a lot of questions of a lot of people to learn what they needed, what they wanted, what was next for them, and then helping companies like Apple and Pepsi figure out what was next. That took a lot. Right? That was a big team that took a lot of resources. And what's so cool about what we're doing now is that you can actually build agents to help you do all of that background work, going through the research, finding out what your competitors are doing, finding out what your clients are saying, that's all at your fingertips now. That's new, and that's information that a lot of businesses haven't had at their fingertips to date. And to make this clear, like, anybody that's watching this, this is not a webinar. Like, what we're doing here is we built something cool. We have an offer at the end that we wanna show you guys because we know how powerful this stuff is. Every business that I've ever built is all based on modeling. And so a lot of the modeling is going out and doing the research. And nowadays, what used to take ten years can be done in one hour, maybe less, maybe ten minutes. That's the true power of using agents. It used to take an army, and now you have the power right there with you. So let's talk about what we've been working on. We've built out five agents. So tell me about the five agents. We wanted to make sure that businesses had at their fingertips different signals and market indicators, ways that the market is changing. With AI, things are moving quickly, so how do we keep up with that? The first agent is a market intelligence agent. So really going out and finding out what your competitors are doing, what the market as a whole is doing. What are the signals? That can be an overwhelming amount of information. You can go out and do deep research with Gemini or ChadGPT, but that just gives you more information. Information is not the problem. What we're lacking is a way to apply it. So how do you filter it and how do you actually apply it to your business and your situation? So the market intelligence agent is the one that goes out and figures out what is externally going on, the market, the economy, your competitors, and bringing all that back so that we can take that information and apply it against what your business needs to know. And that's what we do with the other four agents. The next agent is the client intelligence agents. What are your customers saying? What are they not saying? What is the language that they're using? What's the catchphrases? What do they not wanna hear anymore? What doesn't work? So what I find fascinating in this, especially because being in the social media industry for the last couple of years, there's signals. It's what are they saying and what are they not saying? And you pick up on those signals. Pepsi, Coke, they're spending so much money on this market intelligence. How does the regular business owner or even the coach or the consultant, what's going on in my business? What are my competitors doing? How do I grow my business without the time? Sure. You can spend ten, fifteen, twenty years doing all this stuff. And then what? You gotta do it again tomorrow? Like, how are you gonna sell? Like, how are you gonna do these different things? You you don't have an ideal problem. You have a signal problem. Right? How do you get those signals? How do you do it once and never have to do it again? And to me, that's the beauty of agents and actually what's in the black box. I agree. And one of the reasons why we've created these five agents is that market intelligence, competitor intelligence, even talking to your own customers, it ends up not on your priority list. There are so many other things above doing the market research or you've done a deep dive and it gave you great information and you're like, I don't have time to read the twenty pages of the information that it gave me because I don't know what to do with it. How you're thinking about AI is exactly the thing that's stopping you. Right? I don't think AI made it simpler and made it more complicated. You get more brainstorming in, but you don't get anything done. That's the disconnect that's happening. Everybody feels like they're doing more, but they're not accomplishing anything. How do you take good thoughts or good actions and make them repeatable? What's the biggest opportunity in your market space? What what are they complaining about? What are the updates they're making? What's on their blogs? What are they posting online? Even if you're in the coaching space, there's other coaches in the same space as you posting stuff. That's a signal. But you don't have time to go through all of that and try to figure out what is everybody doing, and that's the power of the Wi Fi. What's the needle in the haystack of all that information that's gonna move your business forward? That's what we wanted to help with. But not for marketers. Right? I'm not a marketer. Not for marketing. I have a great business. I have a vision. I wanna help these people. How do I help them more? I don't wanna get stuck in, oh, this is just for marketers or for agencies because it's not. How do I grow my business faster without having to do more work? So a lot of people get stuck in, I can do this and I could do that. And they spend six days doing it, and then they put it into a file or let it go into a chat log. How do you use good frameworks to make your life easier, to give you back time so you can have more time to sell more customers, you can have more time with your family, your friends, your wife, your kids, whatever that is? I think that's where AI is moving us to. How do you give time back? Right now, even though everyone's saying this is a no code AI or you can create agents with no code, you're still creating agents. You are still going in and having to figure out how to become the person that knows enough about AI to actually create the agent. That's not everyone's zone of genius. Basically, those teammates ready to go. You don't have to figure out how to create the agent. The agent is created for you. You just have to tell it what kind of business that you have and what you're working on. I don't think that everyone needs to become AI certified. Or that needs to be a coder. Like, how do you use AI without being a coder? I think there's a lot of, oh, I can vibe code this. A lot of people don't realize it's all just UI. Nothing is actually working in the back end. This is not, here's an agent and here's what it could do. Now go connect this, connect that, do this, do that. You spend six weeks trying to figure out how to become the person that can figure out API coding or whatever. It's interesting too. Most of us don't wanna be coders. We wanna grow our business. We wanna have more time with our family. We wanna help more people. That was one of the reasons why I originally spent two years launching SuperCode and launching Clara and really honing in on that. I've been blessed to have time with you and all the amazing stuff that you're doing with the client intelligence agency. I think there's a space here that people are missing on such a big opportunity. Do you have a system to listen to every support call, every post, every opportunity? Do you have that in place? I challenge everyone that that that I know my client. Do you know your client as well as their best friend knows them? Because if you don't, then chances are good that we're missing something. I have a big belief that most people are using AI as a faster keyboard. They write the email faster. They throw it in there, spit out spit out the post. And I think that's why it feels overwhelming. Now as solo founders, we're just trying to do things faster, but we're automating the typing. It's just a faster response. The real edge with using AI isn't just to talk more, but it's to listen more. I think it's a way to aggregate a lot of information and really kind of get that needle in the haystack. How do we create the AI agents that actually put your business in a place where you can make the strategic decision to say, this is how I grow my business. This is the one move Yep. That if I just go forward, get down to that one thing. Yes. The way I like to think about it, it's kinda like a brilliant chef. I think most founders today are brilliant chefs in an empty kitchen. They're guessing at recipes, which are prompts, and then the market is the pantry. The agents can see if the pantry is restocked. Is it not restocked? What new competitors? What new products are on the pantry shelf? It's a disconnect that founders, solo founders, entrepreneurs, small, midsize companies, it's the gap. Right? How do we simplify the one thing that I can do today? What's the one lever I can pull on my business that's gonna make the most leverage and impact today. I think that's the one thing that everybody's missing because they're like, well, I don't know what I'm going do today. I'm just going to answer a bunch of customer emails, or I'm going to make some posts on Facebook or Tik TOK. If you have the data, you know what's a post, you know what to talk about. You're not just guessing on they said this, so I should probably talk about that too. And that's why we built the black box. Right? Let's talk about it. You have the marketer, which watches the market. You can't act on something you don't know about. It tracks your competitors, what they're doing, their category changes, their pricing, their blog, their social media, the things that their customers are talking about. It runs in the background. You set it and forget it. And then you have the competitor scouts who goes out and it does the R and D for you. What else is everybody doing? What are they talking about? What are they selling? We have the buyers. What are your customers saying? What are their customers saying? The words that they say matter. The words that they don't say matter. Are they talking on Reddit? Are they saying good things or bad things? Are they seeing stuff on your competitor's stuff? If you're a coach, what are the other coaches like? What's the signal? This this is not just for coaches either. If you own a car dealership, what are people saying about your brand? You're a Toyota dealer. What are they saying about Toyota? What are saying about Tesla? Or maybe you're a lawyer. Or maybe you're a school. It's still intelligence that you need. So I ran this on a school, a lawyer, and I ran it on a dentist. So for the dentist, the agent found that they had no online booking, so they were missing out on seventy percent of their business. That one little piece of information, that one lever probably doubled their business this year. The law firm was like, hey. How do we get letters faster? Because they're missing so much out. The school. What are you saying on your website to to capture their parents? To me, it's if I hired the best marketing agency and the best research agency, and I spent a hundred thousand dollars to do this research for me. And I say, send me a briefing. That's what these larger companies do. They have a meeting with their team, the agents, let's say, and they tell them, hey, this is what's going on in the business. And the power of that is number one, you can pivot much faster. You can see what the market's doing. You can grow faster because you're like, hey, They just did this. Immediately, you can be ahead of the game. Because the gaps are where the gains are. Yep. The gap is the VIP intensive, the Father's Day sale, the Black Friday sale. Maybe it's a completely new offer. Yep. Things like that that substantially move businesses forward. Yeah. I'm gonna keep it really simple. Can you see how much easier everything gets to, like, your content, your offers, what you're posting, your emails, your follow ups? You can still use ChatGPT and Claude and Gemini. We're not saying not to use all that. We're giving you a black box with the secrets already done for you and you set it and forget it. The other question I would ask is, can you see how much faster you can move as a business owner and stop guessing what to build or what's next? Can you see the unfair advantage that you'll get where your competitors can't copy or be tuned to the market space? It's one thing to know what your competitors are doing, but you're gonna be so much more further ahead. It just compounds. And It's not just information. It's not just your competitor is doing x y z. It's your competitor is doing x y z. Their clients are saying A, B, C, and that comes together to tell us these are your three moves. Three moves that are available to you to actually grow your business. Do you want to figure this out on your own over the next six months or do you want a system that's already built running this week and have it done for you? This is a really important question. Because six months from now, either you're gonna be in a different space or your competitors are gonna be in a different space. And either you're gonna be left behind or they're gonna be left behind. It's like handing the key to your own private jet. You either take the key and fly, or you can take the buggy. This awesome tool, it's the key to the kingdom. I don't want somebody walking away from this call not knowing what they missed out on. If you were that person, Catherine, what would you tell them? If I could go back five years and tell my younger self what to be focusing in on or what were the things that I needed to do first, I guarantee you that it would create a system where you can listen to the market, listen to your clients, listen to your business, and make those moves quickly. I'm a big believer in using the tools that are in front of you, like the black box and AI, the expertise and resources from people that have done it for years. The time's never gonna be just right. Something's gonna be always happening in your life. Family, business, friends, health, whatever. You start where you stand. You work with the tools that you have at hand. Better tools will be found as you go along. So use the tools that are in front of you. So basically they have two options. Number one is you can do it yourself. Or number two is, Hey, Here's the keys that can get your black box. Go plug it in and go fly on the jet. So what's the black box? Tell me a little bit about the black box. The black box has the agents. That's your team, but has your market agent, your customer agent, the offer agent. Most importantly, it has the agent that looks at all the other agents' information and then looks at your business and says, this is the stuff you need to concentrate on. What is the one thing that you should be working on? So you're getting these four agents and then you think it's the director, the chief of staff, whatever you wanna call. It's like the command center. Like, it's you talk to the manager, not the whole team. Sometimes you just wanna talk to the manager. So I love that. Let's see. I'm gonna grab the black box. This sounds great. I wanna implement this in my business. What's gonna happen after that? So first of all, they get to tell us about themselves. That's really important because that information tells all the other agents what pool they're playing in. So the market agent goes to the right market, your client agent goes to the right clients and so on. Weekly, you get one email that says, here are three opportunities for you based on what you told us you're working on in your business. Here's one that seems to have the most runway. Then you get to choose. Then you get the intelligence personalized to you, customized to you. And your It's gonna be different for every person. That's what AI is. It's using tools customized to you to make your life better, faster, easier, and allows you to grow your business. We'll do a training. We bring you in. We actually have a conversation about the business. We look at what the different agents can do because there's a lot you can do once you are into the system. Start asking questions. You're gonna start, oh, that's an interesting way to go. I wanna go deeper on that thought of, I could message this way, or I could go after this client base. Let's change things a little bit. The school get as they go along. Right? If they need to make a mistake, we're gonna give them the roadmap. This is we're gonna give you a step by step system. So you actually know, yes, it does it all for you, but sometimes you might have some questions like, okay, how do I do this? We're going to help them set it up and implement this. We spent so much time and energy and expertise to really create something special here for everybody. So we're throwing them in a builder community, right? So that way they can talk to each other. That's huge. You'll have support. You have community. Yeah. One of the things that I've learned in AI world is that AI can help you do a lot. Once you start talking with people that are using it, you're like, Oh, I didn't even think of that. Having a developer community where you can like, Hey, has anyone done this? Has anyone tried this? Oh my God, didn't even think of that. Yep. That's what we wanted to build there. I love that. So they're getting community road maps, the live build session or implementation. If they miss it, they get a recording. They get the black box. When Catherine Kanban had this idea, we're like, okay. How do we give them everything that they need to be successful? I'm gonna throw in three months of Klara Pro for free. They get lifetime updates. It's like Tesla. Right? When you buy a Tesla, you get an update. The car gets better as it goes along. Right? You actually get lifetime updates and new agent recipes as time goes on. So the agents will get better as it goes along. As technology grows, they just get better. I think you now get two sentences on Clara. I got into the AI space about four, five years ago. And for me, it was like, how do I use this for my business, but how do I help other people? And it's evolved over time. And originally, we launched Shipicode, which is similar to Clogcode. And what we realized is we built this amazing tool. How do we take this and apply it to businesses and make their lives better, faster, and easier, but not for a coder? I don't wanna be a coder. I wanna run my business. I wanna help more people. I wanna change more lives so that way they have more time with their families because I missed out on that. While everybody was out doing vacations, I was out there working. And you know what? You shouldn't have to do that nowadays. And I think the new hamster wheel people are on is how do I make AI work for my business? And then they try to build everything out themselves. And I think Yes. We've made it easier. Take the keys to the jet and relax and take your family on it as well. So that's what Clara AI is. It's a personalized agent that knows you, knows your business and gets smarter and has the power of these tools and these assets and these systems that will make your life better. What does it cost? Ten thousand, twenty thousand, thirty thousand? How much would they have to pay in order to get the black box? In order to get the black box today? And all the other stuff that we talked about, the road map, the community builder's community, Clara Pro Yep. Lifetime Tesla updates, not really Tesla, the libraries and everything. They wanted to purchase it today, what would that look like? For today, we are releasing this at one thousand nine hundred ninety seven dollars. And that's lifetime updates. That's the five agents that's tailored to you. Per month? No. That's lifetime. Lifetime access. You pay for it once and forget it. That's it. Yeah. That's awesome. Okay. We do have wow. How much is and how much is that? That's three payments at six ninety seven. Okay. So they get it for life. Once they purchase it, they can still use it. If they want to use it five years from now, it's there and access for them. The best thing, we're here for you. We've built something amazing. We want to help you. And we know this works and it's going to make your life better. I think there's not much more than we have to say about that. It's your strategy delivered to you every Monday morning or once a month is what you want. What's interesting here that I didn't think about until right now, This is data you can actually go out and use. Maybe you're an agent here, maybe you are a marketer. You can use this and go help people do the same thing. This toolset is not just for you. You can plug in another business. And I think that's really powerful too, because this can pay back. Day one, it will pay you back because it allows you to go faster. It allows you to make decisions at the speed of Elon Musk. And that's what AI is. How do I go faster without having to do the work? Now you can go build a jet or get yourself a black box. Right? And it's the secret sauce here, honestly, is the director that puts all that information together, looks at your business and says, is what you need or this is what you should be concentrating on because you do not need more information. You need the tools to make better decisions. And you you need to get more results that will help you grow your business. If they wanna purchase it, down below here, we appreciate that you guys are on here. We love you. Have a wonderful day. Cool. See you. Bye.
